Pool Live Plus — Terms of Service

Welcome to Pool Live Plus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pool Live Plus game, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Pool Live Plus uses a combination of client-side simulation and server-side re-simulation, together with automated checks, to detect cheating and unauthorized manipulation. Deliberate attempts to bypass these systems may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

Certain items or features may be offered for purchase. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by local law. Prices and availability may change at our discretion.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including code, graphics, audio, and trademarks, are owned by Pool Live Plus or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service without explicit written permission.

You may be able to submit text, images, or other content while using the Service. By submitting content you grant Pool Live Plus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, and display that content. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice. We will try to minimize service disruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
